Easy fabrication of lost molds: Ceramill A-Cast is a transparent resin designed for processing via CAD/CAM technology. Residue-free combustion ensures contamination-free, reproducible and efficient fabrication of crowns and bridges, which are subsequently cast or pressed in the conventional manner. The industrially prefabricated, bubble- and pore-free material provides particularly accurate results.

Contamination-free basis: the transparent Ceramill A-Cast resin delivers reproducible results for the CAD/CAM fabrication of crowns and bridges.

Tasteless and odorless, pleasant to wear: Ceramill A-Splint is the ideal material for splints intended for long-term use of up to one year. The transparent PMMA blanks are industrially prefabricated, and the digital manufacturing workflow ensures massive time savings. The splints are extremely comfortable to wear, and discoloration and plaque deposits hardly stand a chance due to the high surface quality. The blanks are available in three heights.

Ceramill A-Splint

Save time and get the best quality: Ceramill A-Splint splint material is used to fabricate therapeutic splints with a high level of wearer comfort.

The blanks of the Ceramill A-Temp product family are available in monochrome as well as in a multilayer version with shade gradient. In both versions, the available A-D shades are exactly matched to the shades of the Zolid zirconia. This allows for consistent esthetics from the temporary to the final restoration. A-Temp temporary restorations can be fabricated fully contoured but can also be veneered with common crown and bridge acrylics. The temporary restorations can be worn for up to one year.

Reliable esthetics right from the start: the PMMA-based resins are perfectly matched to the Zolid zirconias and thus ensure high esthetics with temporary restorations.

High esthetics for long-term temporaries: Ceramill A-Temp Multilayer impresses with its color gradient from dentin to the incisal edge and VITA A-D shades perfectly matched to the Zolid DNA generation. The material thus increases acceptance of the try-in when it comes to checking the fit and functionality of the actual dental prostheses before fabrication. In addition to its appearance, Ceramill A-Temp scores with easy processing and versatility. This allows temporaries to be fabricated fully contoured or veneered with resins for crowns and bridges. Common milling and grinding tools and polishing pastes are suitable for finishing work and polishing.

Easy to process and highly esthetic: in its Multilayer version, the reliable Ceramill A-Temp resin impresses as a particularly esthetic long-term temporary restoration.

Color fidelity and ease of use: Ceramill Liquid New Formula staining solutions can be used to customize the highly translucent Zolid HT+ zirconia. And all without mixing - the liquid is applied directly to the restoration. Color fidelity and efficiency are thus ensured. The practical and clearly arranged set provides the 16 VITA classical tooth shades as well as effect stains for incisal/occlusal surfaces and the gingival region.

The perfect combination: Ceramill Liquid New Formula staining solutions combine esthetics and economy and can be applied easily and customized.

Specially developed: Ceramill Liquid FX staining liquids accommodate the particularly high translucency of the super-highly translucent Zolid FX zirconia. The material properties of Zolid FX allow restorations to be stained accurately and individually, adapted to the VITA classical shade guide. Additional effect stains are available for customizing the incisal/occlusal surfaces and for the gingival region.

A powerful team: Ceramill Liquid FX staining solutions are the perfect partner for the super-highly translucent Zolid FX zirconia.

Perfect and detailed surfaces: these are particularly easy to achieve with Ceramill M-Plast. True precision models can be created with the model resin made of polyurethane. The material can be milled dry, impresses with its high fracture resistance and its dimensional and abrasion stability. It reliably retains its shape even during evaporation. During processing, it is characterized by its excellent edge stability. All at very low tool wear.

The new standard in high-performance materials for dental restorations: Ceramill PEEK impresses with its high resistance to wear, abrasion, and corrosion, while at the same time offering proven biocompatibility. Dry processing of the Ceramill Sintron CoCr sintered metal revolutionizes the production process of metal restorations in the laboratory. Due to its wax-like texture, the material can be dry milled with ease. The material acquires its final material properties in the subsequent sintering process under an inert gas atmosphere. Finalization can be performed with conventional CoCr framework ceramics.

The milling wax can be processed in a user-friendly and reproducible manner and ensures accurately fitting end results that facilitate the subsequent casting and pressing process. The wax burns off without leaving any residues during the preheating process, which results in a flawless casting. Ceramill Wax is available in white and gray.

Flexible bestseller: not without reason, IPS e.max CAD is the world's best-selling glass ceramic. It convinces with excellent esthetics, offering high strength at the same time. Full contour crowns in particular benefit from this. The IPS e.max CAD allows a layer thickness of only 1 mm in the case of adhesive luting. The CS2 program is recommended for this work, as it allows crystallization in less than 15 minutes. As the material has long been successfully established, scientifically documented results on clinical long-term success is available. IPS e.max CAD can be luted adhesively, self-adhesively or conventionally, depending on the type of restoration.

The CoCr carbide features the ideal properties for a variety of restoration work - including frames for ceramic veneering. Perfect balance between opacity and translucency: NextDent for Ceramill C&B MFH (Micro Filled Hybrid) has a balanced ratio of inorganic fillers and resin, which lends the 3D printing material particularly high tensile strength and wear resistance. It is also visually convincing. And it is also easy to finish and polish. Perfect matching of opacity and translucency as well as customization with dental stains ensure particularly natural esthetics. The biocompatible Class IIa material is available in shades BL, N1, N1.5, N2, N2.5 and N3.

Different colors and coordinated translucency: NextDent for Ceramill C&B MFH is a 3D printing material for natural-looking temporary crowns and bridges.

Maximum productivity and a wide range of manufacturing options: that's what distinguishes the NextDent for Ceramill Denture 3D+ material. Customized results for a wide range of esthetic requirements due to different colors of the denture bases and fabrication options. The biocompatible Class IIa material is also entirely convincing in terms of quality - shrinkage is significantly lower than with standard PMMA materials for full denture bases. In addition, to achieving an excellent accuracy of fit, the low shrinkage can be compensated for by using dental software. Ideal for the fabrication of detailed master casts: when high surface precision is required, NextDent for Ceramill Model 2.0 delivers particularly accurate printed models. In addition to its accuracy, the 3D printing material is also characterized by its fast production speed and easy handling.
