Milling machines and 3D printers ﹣ For a future-oriented workflow
Many years of experience, expertise and passion characterize us and equally our machine portfolio. As a pioneer in dental CAD/CAM manufacturing, we develop and produce equipment that meets your daily, high demands: Highest precision across the entire material and indication portfolio, maximum ease of use, low-vibration, robust design and securely positioned for the future. The portfolio is usefully supplemented by 3D printing through the cooperation with NextDent. All components function smoothly and are fully integrated into the worfklow.

Workflow
Performance through connection
The basis for brilliant performance is an overarching approach - we at Amann Girrbach are convinced of this. Holistic solution approaches and the seamless connection between individual components, create digital workflows that enable outstanding, efficient results.
Interfaces matter
We do not only live a holistic approach for our customers - it is also practiced internally during the development process of a product. From the idea to the market launch, all interfaces of the workflow are always taken into account. During the development of a milling machine, the focus is also placed on interfaces to CAD, CAM, the material portfolio and the necessary tools right from the start. This results in a validated, tested and integrated process. For a smooth, reliable process at your site.

Quality
Developed, manufactured and tested in Austria
Our Ceramill milling and grinding machines are 100 percent developed in-house and exclusively at the Amann Girrbach headquarters in Austria. Thanks to our decades of experience in CNC technology and strong development expertise in the CAD/CAM field, we have the expertise to develop our machines from scratch and manufacture them on site. This also enables us to equip existing milling machines with updates and new or optimized milling strategies.
Robust and low vibration
In addition to high-quality components, our machines are designed to be particularly low-vibration. This enables reliable, precise and long-lasting production of accurate dental restorations. It also allows the machining of previously impossible materials in the dental laboratory, such as titanium, which can be wet milled on the Ceramill Matik.

Precision and Future-Proof
The basis of the machine concept
Maximum precision, future-proofing and full in-house value creation through maximum material and indication diversity form the basis of the Ceramill machine concept. Furthermore, after the launch of the first hybrid milling machine in 2012, the completion of the portfolio for almost all user needs in 2017, and the introduction of the first Full Service Unit in 2019, the machine concept continues to set the standards on the market.
Based on the control technology developed in-house, the focus of development, in addition to dental perfection, is on simplifying management and production processes.
User-friendliness and intuitive interaction - saves time. Valuable time that dental technicians, laboratory managers and all those involved in the production of dental restorations can use for value-adding activities.
