Does Amann Girrbach offer training courses for continuous dental education?

Continuous education and knowledge sharing are essential parts of the Amann Girrbach philosophy. We offer ongoing training and workshops to dental technicians and dentists to provide them with the latest technologies and techniques for achieving the best possible restoration results and a happy patient smile. Can I combine Amann Girrbach products with products from other manufacturers?

Amann Girrbach products can be combined with your existing equipment and materials. The equipment (such as scanners, milling machines, 3D printers) are not locked and can import and/or export open data, such as STL data. Amann Girrbach materials (zirconia, metals, composites) can also be processed in third-party machines. At the same time, the Amann Girrbach system as a whole offers a seamless workflow and complete integration of all components. You are thus assured of a smooth workflow in your day-to-day work.

Can I try Amann Girrbach products before I buy them?

You can find us or our distribution partners on various fairs and exhibitions around the world throughout the whole year. Some of our partners offer showroom visitations in their premises. Get in touch with us if you are interested.

How does Amann Girrbach ensure the quality of its products?

The Amann Girrbach product portfolio is developed and produced in Austria. Each product is thoroughly tested, inspected and validated by the internal research and development department before market launch. All interfaces to other product areas are not only taken into account but also considered as an integral part of the development process. The same strategy is also followed when working with cooperation partners from the industry: Third-party products are validated and tested in the workflow and, if necessary, the interface is also adapted.

The products and the manufacturing processes are tested and Amann Girrbach regularly undergoes the necessary regulatory audits that are mandatory for companies in the medical device industry (TÜV Süd, FDA, CE, etc.).

A highly qualified team of dental technicians is available with specific information and expert knowledge. By telephone or by desktop sharing via the Internet we are directly with you in the laboratory and thus offer a high immediate solution rate which makes you productive quickly. In addition, our Field Service offers help with the hardware support you need: Our comprehensive network of service technicians supports you with installations, carries out maintenance or repairs devices - directly at your site. The in-house technical service rounds off the whole package and comes into play in more complex cases. On request, loan units are available during the repair period to keep the production process running at all times.
