Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Upon receipt of the course registration, the registration becomes binding for the participant. Detailed course documents and information will subsequently be sent together with the invoice. The invoice is due for payment two weeks before the start of the course\/event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Course Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For full-day courses, the participation fee generally includes catering \u2013 lunch, snacks during breaks, and beverages. Participation in the courses will be certified with a certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations are only valid if submitted in writing and must be made at least 3 weeks before the start of the event<\/strong>. In this case, a processing fee of \u20ac50.00 + VAT will be charged. Alternatively, the course fee can be transferred to another course within the following 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If cancellation occurs less than 20 calendar days before the course begins, the course fee remains payable. However, the course place may be transferred to a substitute participant free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations and rebookings for online trainings must be made at least 2 working days before the event begins. In this case, a processing fee of \u20ac50.00 + VAT will be charged. Cancellations at a later point are not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the event has to be cancelled by Amann Girrbach for organizational or other reasons, the participation fee already paid will be refunded. Any further claims are excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
