New Software Features in July – Ceramill Software Upgrade 4.7.2
In July, you can expect new software features with the Ceramill Software Upgrade 4.7.2. In addition to processing carbide blanks up to 20 mm, the Post & Core feature is now also available.

A significant innovation is the milling strategies for the Ceramill Matron and Ceramill Matik, which now enable the processing of titanium and CoCr blanks in heights of 18 and 20 mm.
Our proven metal processing machines are now even more versatile, and with the introduction of milling strategies up to 20 mm, we are setting another milestone in the technological advancement of carbide milling at Amann Girrbach. Together with faster milling times and longer tool life of the 6 mm tools, we offer further possibilities to economically manufacture metal indications.
As a second innovation, we have included the “Post & Core” feature in the Ceramill software. This, like in the generic Exocad version, is a beta version of this application with limited functionality. To give you the opportunity to work with this feature, it is included with the Software Upgrade 4.7.2.
The rollout of the upgrade and the automatic installation process via the Software Manager will begin in the course of July.
