Ceramill DRS System: More flexibility through material extension
With the recently implemented Ceramill DRS Software Update 1.4, you can now process all composite or hybrid blocks with universal mandrels in the Ceramill DRS System.

The newly developed “Diamond Finish” milling strategy – a combination of milling and grinding – makes it possible for you to process composite or hybrid blocks (mixed plastic-ceramic material) in sizes I12, C14 and C14L at maximum precision and surface quality in all degrees of hardness. Depending on their size, molar crowns can be processed in approximately 30 minutes in Fast Mode and in approximately 35 minutes in HD Mode (see illustration).
