Expansion of Abutment Blank Holders in the Ceramill System

The Ceramill system is now open for the processing of 4 different abutment blank geometries. In the future, in addition to Amann Girrbach Ceramill TI-Forms, abutment blanks from manufacturers Medentika, Dess, and Preat can be processed.

Special adapters have been integrated for the high-precision manufacturing process.

Adapters for processing the respective abutment blank manufacturers are available from Amann Girrbach and can be retrofitted for the blank holders of the Ceramill Motion 2/3 & Air, Ceramill Matik, as well as Ceramill Matron & Matron Core milling machines.

The respective abutment blanks and the corresponding libraries can be obtained directly from the manufacturers Medentika, DESS, and Preat.

For our manufacturing process, it is important that the respective libraries contain all the information for a correct transfer to our CAM software, Ceramill Match 2. We can guarantee this for the current libraries from Medentika and Dess. We are happy to support other abutment manufacturers who use the Medentika or DESS mandrel regarding library adjustments.
