Anniversary Celebration – 20 Years of Amann Girrbach!

This year marks the twentieth anniversary of the merger between Amann (founded in 1972) and Girrbach (established in 1936). For us at Amann Girrbach, a globally active dental manufacturer, this milestone coincided with the move to our new headquarters in Mäder, Austria, earlier this year.
It provided the ideal occasion to welcome trade and cooperation partners, dental technicians, and dentists for an exclusive multi-day program.

The official opening of our new facility—which houses production, warehousing/logistics, administration, research and development, and a state-of-the-art training center for dental technicians and dentists—was a key focus, alongside the opportunity to participate in selected lectures, workshops, and live sessions showcasing our products.

“Our spacious new premises here in Mäder enable us to continue our growth as a globally expanding dental company,” said Manuel Stückler, Vice President of Operations at Amann Girrbach. “We are committed to providing our national and international guests the chance to engage in meaningful discussions with us, gain a deeper understanding of our product development, and enjoy one of the exciting presentations on our show stage,” he added.

As the company behind the Artex, Ceramill, and Zolid brands, we are proud to be one of the leading suppliers of equipment and materials for dental restorations. All our products are manufactured exclusively in-house at our Austrian headquarters, which allows us to maintain full control over the entire value chain and ensure the highest quality standards. This philosophy is embedded in our entire product portfolio, designed to facilitate a seamless workflow for dental technicians and practitioners, ultimately benefiting patients. The practical applications of our innovations were highlighted by expert speakers at the event, including Dr. med. dent. Cyrus Alamouti, who introduced the audience to the “digitalization of dental practices”. Additionally, a panel discussion on “Future trends in the dental market” brought together experts like Falko Noack, our Vice President of Research and Development, Markus Lensing from Albrecht-Dürer-Berufskolleg, and Msc. Tom Vaskovich from the University Clinic of Dentistry in Vienna to explore current and future developments from multiple perspectives.
