This sintered metal, developed together with the Fraunhofer IFAM Institute in Dresden, can be dry-milled easily thanks to its wax-like consistency – even on smaller milling machines. It only reaches its final material properties in the subsequent sintering process under an inert gas atmosphere in the Ceramill Argotherm 2. Veneering is done with common CoCr framework ceramics.

The CoCr discs are fully matched to the Ceramill workflow and validated for Ceramill Matron and Matik. The homogeneous material structure ensures high strength, and milling is precise with good surface quality. Compatible with all high-fusing CoCr veneering ceramics. Available in heights of 10–20 mm.

The clinically proven titanium alloy (grade 5) is ideal for superstructures and bars and is also validated for Matron and Matik. It impresses with high strength, biocompatibility and a reliable metal-ceramic bond. The matched CTE value and fine microstructure ensure safe, aesthetic veneering with titanium ceramics. Also available in heights of 10–20 mm.
