Ceramill Motion Air – now with RFID

The Ceramill Motion Air with RFID is the compact milling machine for all dentists and dental labs. Its small footprint and integrated compressor allow for flexible placement anywhere a power connection is available.

It offers the proven, high-quality Amann Girrbach milling technology for the dry processing of zirconia, PMMA, composite materials, wax, PEEK, and sintered metal. The integrated C-Clamp holder for 98 mm blanks enables highly aesthetic results, even in the anterior region. In addition, up to three blocks can be processed using the block holder with a universal mandrel. The unique AeroClean spindle ensures a consistently dust-free working environment through a constant airflow.

Now equipped with RFID tool technology, the machine, in combination with the 10” touch display, ensures simple and error-free tool operation. In addition to guided tool changes, the touch display also displays milling job information as well as cleaning and maintenance intervals, eliminating time-consuming trips between the machine and the PC. As an option, the machine can also be equipped with a tool holder that does not use RFID.

By connecting the machine to the Ceramill GO App and utilizing the integrated camera, both the machine and milling jobs can be monitored anytime and from anywhere.
