Ceramill Mind is the basis for the digital design of numerous indications, and its user guidance follows the usual lab workflow. Upgrade modules make it possible to implement special patient restorations – from implant bridges to splints.
The base software plus 16 upgrade modules for special indications and process steps.
This overview assigns the modules by application.
01
Ceramill Mind is the CAD base software for designing many indications and a prerequisite for all upgrade modules.
02
The virtual Artex CR articulator precisely transfers the movement sequences of the analog Artex articulator into the digital world. With Ceramill M-Pass, data from the digital face bows Zebris for Ceramill and Prosystom can be imported without loss. The individual patient data is automatically transferred to the virtual articulator, so that jaw movements are displayed realistically and can be taken into account during design.
03
With Ceramill M-Plant, you design individual abutments and screw-retained implant-supported restorations precisely and efficiently. Numerous implant libraries support a reliable and flexible workflow for a wide range of implant systems. The Ceramill M-Gin module is additionally required for the digital design of patient-specific gingiva sections.
04
Ceramill D-Flow enables complete dentures and single-jaw dentures to be planned and designed fully digitally. The continuous digital workflow supports efficient, reproducible and cost-effective fabrication of removable prostheses.
Ceramill M-Part was developed specifically for the digital design of model castings. Automatic blocking out of undercuts reduces manual work steps and significantly simplifies the design process.
05
Ceramill Microshell fabricates thin eggshell temporaries for immediate provision directly after preparation.
06
With Ceramill M-Splint, you create individual therapeutic splints quickly and precisely in the digital workflow. In combination with the Ceramill Artex virtual articulator, patient-specific jaw movements are taken into account to create a functionally optimised splint. In addition, tooth-coloured, anatomically shaped occlusal splints can be designed and fabricated as pre-treatment for complex prosthetic rehabilitations.
07
With Ceramill M-Build, you create digital models for 3D printing based on intraoral scan data. The module generates precise, print-ready models and enables efficient digital model fabrication without conventional impressions. Working models can thus be integrated into the digital lab workflow quickly, reproducibly and with an accurate fit.
08
Ceramill M-Smile brings aesthetic planning before the design, Ceramill Trusmile shows restorations realistically and material-specifically during the design, and ZRS for Ceramill provides a tooth library with anatomically replicated tooth shapes, including the “Anteriores” anterior collection by Dr. Jan Hajtó.
09
The Ceramill Dicom-Viewer imports CT or CBCT data and merges it with STL data, for example to check abutment designs.
