Ceramill Sintron revolutionises the fabrication of metal restorations in the laboratory. Developed together with the Fraunhofer Institute, this CoCr sinter metal can be dry-milled particularly easily thanks to its wax-like structure, while being gentle on machines and tools. The material only acquires its final properties in the subsequent sintering process under a protective gas atmosphere.

Easy processing

The wax-like material structure enables particularly easy and efficient dry processing and reduces the load on machines and tools.
Full strength after sintering

After sintering under a protective gas atmosphere, Ceramill Sintron achieves its final material properties, which are on a par with modern CoCr casting alloys.
Proven finishing

Finishing is carried out with conventional CoCr veneering ceramics and integrates seamlessly into existing laboratory processes.

Finalization is possible with conventional CoCr framework ceramics.
