Zolid Lunaris in the Rapid Program: Greater Flexibility with Consistent Quality

With the latest update to the Therm 3 sintering furnace (firmware v1.7.0.p), Zolid Lunaris restorations with up to five units can now be sintered in just about 7.5 hours. This offers you greater flexibility in your daily lab routine: Work can be started in the morning and completed in the afternoon—an efficient process that integrates seamlessly into your daily workflow.

Larger restorations with more than five units must still be sintered overnight using the standard program. This is the only way to reliably ensure optimal product properties—particularly translucency and strength.

All sintering programs are included in the new Zolid processing guide. There you will find all parameters for correct programming—clearly organized and described in a practical manner. Additionally, all programs can be conveniently downloaded via AG.live in the Software Updates section.

The new, faster programs are also available for Dekema furnaces. They can be downloaded from the Service section of the Dekema website and are generally suitable for all units with a lift function. However, due to differences in the design and operation of the furnaces, slight color variations may occur. Therefore, a test sintering is recommended beforehand to optimize the result for your specific processes.
