Software upgrade 4.10 is now available

We are pleased to present the new Ceramill Software Update 4.10! As usual, we have made improvements in all areas of the software with the aim of offering you new possibilities and making existing workflows even more efficient. Here are a few highlights of the update, which we will present in detail in the upgrade news flyer: 

Ceramill Connection Guide: Enhancements to the interfaces with 3Shape Trios and Dentsply Sirona DS Core, as well as a brand new connection to Dexis

Scan facebow registration: The bite fork of the analog facebow can now be captured with the Map 600 and Map FX scanners – for patient-specific transfer to the virtual Artex articulator.

Fusion-Bar Design: A new workflow enables the simultaneous design of the bar and superstructure – automatically divided and perfectly fitting.

M-Plant module: Completely redesigned with new graphics for easier selection of implant components and many new options for abutment design. In addition, there are two new milling tools for more precise machining of long screw channels

Instant Anatomic Morphing: Now also available for multiple teeth simultaneously – ideal for large restorations for quick adaptation to the remaining tooth structure.

Symmetry tool: For the anterior region – enables quick and aesthetic tooth alignment.

Ceramill Match 2:
– The import of 3Shape data has been improved and expanded to include abutments with angled screw channels—all relevant information is now automatically transferred for greater efficiency and flexibility in the production of dental restorations.

– Optimization of the design at the touch of a button for lower blank heights ensures cost savings and efficient use of materials.

– The C-clamp holder can now also be used for milling denture crowns – for maximum aesthetics in the anterior region.

The rollout of the upgrade via the Ceramill Software Manager will start in calendar week 45 and will then be carried out worldwide over the next 4 weeks.
