Titanium Abutment Blanks & Adapters for Implant Prosthetics
Special adapters for the Ceramill workpiece holders have been integrated into the high-precision manufacturing process. They enable the safe and reproducible machining of titanium abutment blanks from various manufacturers within the Ceramill system.
The adapters are designed for the Ceramill Motion 2/3 & Air, Ceramill Matik, and Ceramill Matron & Matron Core milling machines and support a stable and efficient manufacturing process. This enables custom implant components to be manufactured precisely and cost-effectively in-house.

Ceramill Ti-Forms
Titanium abutment blanks with the Amann Girrbach connection are available for all common implant systems. The TI-Form blanks and accessories are available directly from Amann Girrbach.

Some implant manufacturers offer validated original titanium abutment blanks with the Amann Girrbach connection. The titanium abutment blanks and accessories can be purchased directly from the manufacturers.

Important Information
Open system & compatible connectors
The Ceramill system is open. Some implant manufacturers use DESS or Medentika machine-side connections for their titanium abutment blanks.

Note for 3Shape users
In addition to the 3Shape library, 3Shape users must also install the Exocad/Ceramill library for our Ceramill Match CAM system.
Material compatibility
Our milling strategy currently supports only Grade 5 titanium. All other materials except Grade 5 titanium are not currently supported.
ASC blanks (abutment blanks with angled screw channels) are not currently supported.
Important Information Regarding Compatibility
Please always use compatible prosthetic components and abutments from the same manufacturer to achieve optimal results.
