Unlike conventional solutions, the Aero Spindle achieves this without the need for an additional external compressor. The result is a streamlined workflow, reduced maintenance effort and a cleaner production process for modern dental laboratories and dentists working with digital CAD/CAM technology.
To demonstrate the performance of the airflow, we decided to turn things upside down — literally. In a small experiment, a ping-pong ball is held floating purely by the air stream generated by the Aero Spindle, visualizing the power and precision of the technology inside the Ceramill Motion Air.
This simple demonstration highlights the innovation behind the system: efficient airflow management that supports reliable, clean and high-precision dental manufacturing for dental laboratories and dentists alike.
